ArborOne Farm Credit, ACA is seeking a highly motivated, trained, and experienced individual for the Marketing Department. The successful individual will assist the Chief Relationship Manager in the development and management of a strategic, creative, and progressive marketing program to build the ArborOne brand.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting ArborOne’s Relationship Managers within its twelve counties in South Carolina with their individual marketing needs and efforts, developing relationships with customers and Agriculture Businesses, keeping social media active and up to date, and the timely execution of hands-on marketing communications activities as a result of the Association’s marketing plans or initiatives.
The successful applicant will work under the direction of the Chief Relationship Manager in the planning, coordination, and delivery of high value internal and external related meetings, events, and publications.
The individual will also assist the Chief Relationship Manager in the design and implementation of an annual marketing plan, marketing budget, media advertising campaigns and managing market communications, programs and company message to include proactively seeking opportunities to write, speak, and showcase ArborOne, its mission, products, and services.
Qualified applicants will have: Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing, Public Relations, or Bachelor’s degree in an Agricultural related field, or the candidate should have equivalent related experience. Knowledge of Farm Credit System and/or equivalent marketing training experience a plus.
Excellent organizational, advance technical skills, and salesmanship aptitude a must with good written and oral communication skills required. Of primary importance, the ability to work in a team environment supporting unified corporate direction. Travel and after-hour events will be required in this position due to the territory and hands-on nature of the job responsibilities listed above.
Salary is commensurate with education and experience.
